About Lisa:
Lisa Williams is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of nursing experience and nearly a decade of advanced practice, bringing a depth of clinical expertise to Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center. Her background spans integrative medicine, hormone optimization, primary care, sleep medicine, and regenerative therapies — making her exceptionally well-suited to support patients on their whole-health journeys.
Lisa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and has practiced across a variety of clinical settings throughout the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. Most recently, she spent three years at OnePeak Medical in Oregon, where she focused on integrative and hormone-based care, interpreted hormone labs, and performed advanced procedures including hormone pellet insertions, PRP therapy, joint injections, and more.
Her passion for functional, root-cause medicine aligns seamlessly with the MIMC philosophy. Lisa approaches each patient with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to evidence-based, personalized care — whether she’s optimizing hormones, supporting weight management, or helping patients finally get restorative sleep.
Lisa is also a trained doula and certified nutrition and health coach, reflecting her lifelong dedication to supporting the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. In her free time, she loves to hike, garden, read, and spend time with her family.
