What is the Hormone Clarity Program?
Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone spend years keeping a kind of monthly symphony — reliable enough that you never really think about it. When that rhythm changes, it’s often what sits behind the symptoms people come to us with. Those three are the hormones this program evaluates and manages. It starts with comprehensive testing, then a 60-minute consult to go through your results and build a plan.
What’s included in the $699?
Your hormone lab visit and blood draw, the comprehensive hormone panel, and a 60-minute consult with your provider to review every result and create your plan. It’s paid in full when you schedule.
Do I have to join the membership?
No. The $699 covers Phase 1 on its own, and nothing about it depends on continuing. The membership is only discussed at the end of your consult, and only if ongoing hormone care is recommended.
What happens after my consult?
You leave with a personalized plan. Your provider will walk through next steps and, if ongoing hormone management makes sense for you, explain how the Hormone Clarity Membership works.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
Your plan is built from your labs, your symptoms, and your history — so it isn’t something we can decide before we’ve seen them. If hormone therapy is the right fit, your provider will walk you through the options at your consult. If something else makes more sense to start with, they’ll explain why. That’s what the testing is for.
Can this address my thyroid, gut, or autoimmune concerns?
This program is specifically hormone-focused. If you’re looking for a broader evaluation, that’s a different visit type — call us and we’ll point you to the right one.
Are pellets included?
No. If pellets are recommended as part of your plan, they’re placed and billed separately.
Do you take insurance?
We’re a cash-pay clinic, so the $699 is paid directly at scheduling. We can provide documentation you may choose to submit to your own plan or HSA/FSA.
What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
The $699 is paid when you schedule. If you’ve been billed but haven’t completed your labs yet, refunds are based on how long it’s been since you paid:
- Within 6 months — full refund
- 6 to 12 months — 50% refund
- After 12 months — no refund
Once your labs have been drawn and resulted, the $699 is non-refundable — including if you don’t attend your consult.
We also can’t refund based on how your care turns out. Nothing in the program guarantees a particular result, treatment plan, or prescription; those depend on your labs, your history, and your provider’s evaluation.
Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment follows our standard visit cancellation policy.
How soon can I get started?
Book your hormone lab visit and we’ll schedule the draw. If you’re cycling, we’ll time it to a specific window in your cycle. Your consult follows about a week and a half later, once all results are back and reviewed.
