About Hannah:

Hannah is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Nursing from Purdue Global. Although she is a native Minnesotan, for the past 7 years she opted for warmer weather in North Carolina working at Duke University healthcare system and University of North Carolina hospital, spending the majority of her time in the Pediatric ICU. From there, she followed her heart into a private practice integrative medicine clinic in NC before now making the move back to the Midwest!

Her personal philosophy is to provide a holistic, individualized health approach to get to the root of the problem. She believes that functional medicine provides the most encompassed approach to wellness and focuses on maximizing on the cellular level what building blocks are necessary to improve upon to getting you feeling better!

While not with patients, she loves spending all her time with her 1 year old daughter and husband Tyler, being outside, gardening, reading, and loving on all my dogs. While in North Carolina, she had chickens and an apiary which she’s hopeful she can re-establish here!

I am excited to continue working with Hannah – she’s awesome!” – SH
