About Dr. Ruch:

Dr. Kiana Ruch is a Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from Sonoran University of Health Sciences.

With a deep commitment to empowering her patients to achieve optimal health, she applies a whole-person approach that incorporates Naturopathic principles. She has a special interest in supporting active lifestyles and has extensive training in clinical genomics to offer comprehensive care to her patients. She is a Certified Nutritional Genomics Specialist (CNGS) which a credential earned by successfully completing the American Nutrition Association’s (ANA) Nutritional Genomics Training Program. The program provides clinicians with the scientific knowledge to interpret genetic testing and utilize that information to develop personalized nutrition plans. 

Dr. Ruch is dedicated to providing personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. She works closely with her patients to create treatment plans that prioritize their health goals and well-being. Whether treating acute or chronic conditions, Dr. Ruch uses evidence-based natural therapies alongside conventional medicine to optimize patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Dr. Ruch enjoys golfing and spending time with her feline companion, Gwen. She is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Naturopathic Medicine, genomics, and sports medicine.
