Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte

Nothing screams fall like a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Enjoy this dairy-free version!


  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp organic canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp organic light brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8oz organic brewed coffee


  • In a microwave safe container whisk together coconut milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice and vanilla extract.
  • Microwave for 1-2 minutes, removing when mixture is frothy.
  • Pour into glass cup and add the hot coffee.
  • Add stevia to taste.
